How long does it really take to go live?

Will it slow down my site or change my navigation?
No. The concierge loads as a single async script after your page, isolated inside its own shadow DOM. Nothing about your existing site, styling, or navigation changes — you're only adding a chat bubble.
How does it avoid making things up?
Stock-specific facts — price, condition, availability, what's included — are answered only from the inventory you upload. General product knowledge is handled separately, and when the concierge isn't certain, it tells the customer your team will confirm rather than guessing.
Is my data secure, and where is it stored?
Your inventory and configuration live in an access-controlled database, and each retailer's data is scoped to their own account — one retailer can never see another's. Secrets stay server-side, and we never sell your data.
What happens to my customers' information?
The concierge only captures contact details a visitor volunteers, and only after an explicit on-screen consent line. Those leads are routed to your inbox — not used for anything else.
